We want you to be happy with what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work at Retail Sentinel Store.
30-day returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Non-returnable items
- Pillows and pillow protectors that have been opened, for hygiene reasons — unless defective.
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards.
How to start a return
Email info@retailsentinelstore.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return shipping
If the return is due to our error — a wrong, damaged or defective item — we cover return shipping and send a prepaid label. For other returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll confirm by email and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no need to return the damaged item unless we ask.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
